March 31st, 1924 - South High School moves from 345 East Deshler Avenue to the present building at 1160 Ann Street. On May 2nd, the new building is dedicated to former president Abraham Lincoln.

 

Spring, 1924 - The South High School boys track team wins its 3rd Columbus City League Championship.

 
Fall, 1924 - "Bulldogs" is used for the first time to describe the South High School football team.
